Our Story.
Created by emergency workers who’ve felt the pressure, battled the fatigue, and experienced the strain on their mental health.
Born on the frontline. Built for recovery.
The Recovery Pack was created by emergency workers who understand the physical and emotional strain of frontline life. Long shifts. Missed meal breaks. Emotional overload. The constant pressure to stay strong. We’ve lived it and we knew something needed to change.
We asked ourselves: “Who’s looking after the people who look after everyone else?” That question sparked a powerful idea: a subscription pack designed specifically to support the wellbeing of frontline workers. Not just a nice gesture, something truly practical and purposeful.

Vision behind The Recovery Pack.
We created The Recovery Pack because we’ve lived it. The 14-hour shifts with no time to eat. The calls that stay with you long after you’ve clocked off. The adrenaline spikes, emotional crashes, and the quiet moments when everything catches up with you.
This is not just another subscription box. It is our way of saying we see you, and you matter.
Each item is carefully selected by people who understand the realities of frontline life. From comforting snacks and practical wellbeing tools to reflection prompts and mental health support, every pack is designed to help you pause, breathe, and look after yourself.
It is about creating a monthly moment that belongs to you, in a role that is always about others. Whether you open it after a long shift, on your one day off, or during a quiet minute in the mess room, the pack is a reminder that self-care is not a luxury. It is a necessity.
We believe that small, consistent acts of care can make a meaningful difference. This is more than just a gift. It is a growing community of frontline professionals supporting one another.
Because recovery should never be an afterthought. It should be part of the job.

Our values.
1. Compassion-led support.
We understand the emotional and physical toll of frontline work because we’ve lived it. Everything we create is driven by genuine care, empathy, and a deep commitment to those who serve others every day.
2. Purposeful wellbeing.
We believe recovery should be practical, accessible, and personalised. Our packs are thoughtfully designed to support real-world wellbeing, not just feel-good gestures, but tools that actually help.
3. Empowering growth.
We promote self-reflection, learning, and mental resilience. From CPD prompts to emotional check-ins, we aim to help frontline workers grow personally and professionally.
